Are you looking for a new opportunity?

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled, motivated and conscientious Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential and domestic fire sprinkler systems to ensure they operate effectively and comply with all relevant British safety standards.

Location: UK wide

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Hours: 45 hours per week, with optional overtime.

Flexible working is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in residential properties ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in fire sprinkler systems.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure systems are compliant with UK fire safety regulations
  • Travel to various locations across the UK.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and report this with any follow-up actions to HQ.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in servicing and maintaining fire sprinkler systems.
  • Knowledge of UK fire safety standards and regulations such as BS9251: 2021
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Dry Riser & Fire Hydrant Servicing Engineer

Location: London

Key Responsibilities: The job will involve working alongside another engineer.

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of dry riser systems, including visual inspections and 12 bar wet pressure tests using specialist equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fire hydrant systems.
    Accurately identify any remedial work required following inspections & carry out repairs when instructed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
    Generate detailed reports of service/job activities in a timely manner along with photos/videos of works carried out.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams.
    Willingness to work away from home occasionally.

Dry Riser Installation Engineer required with a minimum 2 years knowledge and experience of installing all aspects of Dry Riser Systems is essential.  Must be located within South East / North West area but will be working Nationwide.  Must have a clean driving license, CSCS card and be physically fit.

Career progression through the company will be quick for the successful candidate

Working away from home will be required.

Wages negotiable.  Company van, Mobile Phone and Expenses will be provided.

Office Administrator – Wilmslow

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly growing business which operates in the fire suppression industry. The position will be based at our head office in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Due to the Company’s growth, we now require an office administrator to join the team supporting the administration side of the business and assisting with general office duties.

The person we are looking for will need to have at least 2 years experience in an office environment and will enjoy getting involved in a wide variety of administrative duties to support the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extremely accurate and timely entry of all financial data into Xero.
  • Raise customer invoices in conjunction with the Contracts Manager
  • Manage the service schedule
  • Filing of paperwork
  • Answering the phone and directing calls.
  • Logging new enquiries.
  • Assisting with the Installations workflow.
  • Maintaining Company and Customer confidentiality.
  • Working with the Servicing Manager to assist with managing the admin and invoicing
  • General tasks and assistance for Senior Management Team.
  • Other general office duties.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in an office environment. (Preferable)
  • A numerate and accurate individual.
  • A positive and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative
  • Willingness to work alone or in a team.
  • Excellent customer and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience with Xero is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
  • Working knowledge of word, excel and outlook

Further Details

This is a full time position 5 days a week, 8.30am to 5pm. A flexible start time can be discussed

(1 hour lunch break)

Must be within an easy commute of Wilmslow, Cheshire.

20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
