Protecting Homes with Dry Risers at Plumb Park

The Brief

Dry Risers Direct recently completed an interesting dry riser design and installation project at Plumb Park in Exmouth, a site developed by Taylor Wimpey in partnership with Clinton Devon Estates.

This brand new build of 268 houses is situated on the border of Exmouth in beautiful green open space close to the sea. It includes a range of 2 bedroom apartments and 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses. Plumb Park is set close to the Devon countryside, with the homes laid out around Donkey Hill.
