Dry Risers in Student Accommodation

We are proud to work with many student accommodation management companies to ensure the fire security of our student’s flats in London, Exeter, Liverpool, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and other towns.

After servicing Dry risers for Universities, Dry Risers Direct also service Fire Sprinklers for student accommodation.

To optimize the student’s safety Dry Risers Direct will conduct a full Fire Sprinkler Service every 12 months. This service will include a visual inspection on the sprinkler heads to make sure they are not leaking, painted or obstructed by any furniture, also conducting a flow and pressure test, test the alarm the pump and inspect the pipework and tank if present.
