Bentley Engineering and Launch Quality Centre
Date: 2023
The Brief
We are proud to be involved in Bentley’s new warehouse project in Crewe. The Crewe-headquartered luxury car maker is constructing its new Launch Quality Centre and Engineering Technical Centre which aims to be “integral” to its preparations for future battery-powered electric vehicle (BEV) production.
The new building include a replica BEV assembly line as preparation for the introduction of Bentley’s first BEV in 2026. The development will also include a software integration centre, prototype workshop, metrology testing and a dedicated area focusing on future materials development. The £35 million development is part of a 10 year £2.5 billion investment plan costing at the Pyms Lane factory in Crewe, where Bentley models are built.
Dry Riser Installation
The project covers 4,000 square metres over two floors. Dry Risers Direct will install 9 dry risers systems.
