We install dry risers in new buildings or retrofit into ‘change of use’ sites. If time is of the essence, we have turned projects around from first enquiry to commission and sign off within 48 hrs. All our components are to British Standards and are from leading recognised suppliers.

A certificate of compliance will be issued to certify that the dry riser installation and hydraulic testing has been carried out in accordance with BS9990: 2015 and the relevant Building Regulations.
- Team Screening: Our teams are highly trained with IPAF and PASMA licenses (where needed) and screened to meet the most stringent requirements, guaranteeing a trustworthy and professional approach to every project. Successful clearances achieved regularly.
